My name is Karen Knowler and I’m also known as The Raw Food Coach. Based in the UK but with clients spanning the globe, I draw on 14 years of personal experience (and not all of it a bed of roses!) as well as on all of the learning and understanding that working with thousands of people over the past eight years has inevitably brought. Over those years, as well as amassing a huge amount of raw food knowledge through my own personal searching as well as via my professional role as director of The Fresh Network, I have figured out something that very few other people have - and that is:

After years of floundering around myself trying to go raw and stay raw back in the early 1990’s, I finally figured out that knowing what to eat and how to prepare it wasn’t really the problem at all – the problem was dealing with the newer, fresher, more alive me emerging from underneath all the junk I’d buried myself under for the past two decades of my life - and knowing what to do with her!
