Delicious raw vegan apple pie

Ingredients:

1 cup peanuts and 1 cup almonds (experiment with different types of nuts!), 3 apples, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, pinch of sea salt, 3 spoons honey or agave nectar, 2 bananas, 1/2 vanilla bean.

Preparation:
  • Blend the nuts and vanilla together (and a pinch of salt) and place them at the bottom of the bowl. Add the olive oil and stir to create a paste.
  • Add the agave on top
  • Blend the bananas and spread the mixture on top
  • Blend 2 apples and spread on top of the bananas
  • Add some dehydrated apple pieces or banana on top as finishing
